Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Holland, MI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

We are committed to bringing you the very best professional and personal care that we can.  We consider the time set aside for your appointment to be yours and we value your time.  We will do our best to be courteous of your time.  So that we can offer the same care for everyone, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule.  Our office requests two business days advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  We understand there are times when missing an appointment is unavoidable.  We appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance and Billing

We work with many traditional insurance plans.  Please contact our office to verify whether we participate with your plan.  Langhorst Family Dentistry does not participate with all insurance plans.  If we do not participate with your particular insurance plan, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.  Please see our Patient Care Coordinator for details.

Payment & Financing Options

Payment is always due at the time of treatment. For your benefit, our office accepts the following payment options: cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and prepayment options.
